My first meeting with ma’am felt like I reached the right place. I had been suffering from anxiety issue. Ma’am explained me the root cause and how you can challenge it. I am still continuing the session with ma’am. I find it really helpful.

I was having a troubled month in December 2023. During this period, I had difficulty focusing on my work, absolutely no excitement regarding anything. Lost all purpose of life and had suicidal thoughts. Doctor went to the root cause of the happenings and diagnosed me with Clinical Depression and OCD. 2 Months of treatment and almost back to normal. I owe a lot to Amrita ma'am.

OCD and depression can be overcome. Just hang in there.

I have been struggling with anxiety issue from past 8years, recently I met with severe anxiety, panic attack and intrusive thoughts issue which was ruining my family life,i took online consultation for my issue from Amrita Mam the first thing I liked was doctor's friendliness and her patience to listen to the problem , i really felt relaxed after the first session itself and after the second session my anxiety has reduced a lot thanks a lot for all the support and guidance Mam looking forward to work with u to fully recover my anxiety issue.

I've completed only 1 session till now. But it was very helpful. Doctor provided me space where I felt comfortable. Will take more sessions in future.

Dr. Amrita Sen was a great combination of an empathetic ear along with providing actionable items to improve my thinking process for better personal life. I was suffering from Death anxiety. Most of us struggle with the fact that life ends in death. When a family member dies or when we think about our own death, the mystery of death touches us personally. We may feel anxious about the way death cuts us off from people we love and care about. I used be very be frustrated or disappointed by how little solid evidence there is about what people experience after death. We may wonder what is the point of life if it ends in death.

Thoughts about what happens to us after death may bring up questions about the universe we live in. All these things used to come in my mind and I used to get very depressed. It was effecting my daily Life. If used to heard and see about anything related to death that full day I used to think about that only I used to distract my mind with other things but nothing helped me.

Then I decided to Visit a Psychologist. I found Dr. Amrita is very friendly and approachable. We are extremely satisfied as she has gone to core of the problem of individuals and tried to influence all of us to think alternatively or positively before any action. This helps me to become different person . She gives time and listen to you and problems in very patience way. She has enabled me to develop deep insight and reflection and in doing so has empowered me to move forward from very challenging times in my life.

I have almost over with the anxiety problem. I Would like to thank you for helping me get through this. Dr. Amrita is very logical in her approach towards solving issues. Highly recommend Dr. Amrita as she is clear in her understanding of how to treat patients with anxiety and depression. Methods given by her really help me to overcome from my Situation. When I visited the doctor, was under tremendous stress. Was having lot of tension, not able to follow the conversations during the meetings in office.. Not able to be in present state in office or home. Unable to enjoy with my kid, as something or the other was running in mind always.

Although I started , Initially I was doubting will I be able to get the expected results.

After couple of sessions, she understood the problem and based on that she started her small steps and asked me to do couple of activities during the session and at home as well. Due to time constraint I was not doing it. She asked me to do the activity during the session and reviewed then and there and provided inputs.

She started breaking negative patterns slowly one by one which started giving me confidence that things are changing.

Good part is she spends time in understanding the questions and clarify them in detail and used to proceed further. Sometimes I forgot the points suggested and used to ask the same question again. She always answered the question with lot of patience.

By following the steps suggested, I started feeling that the results are in my way. Thats when my confidence started building and followed it well.

Today I am very happy and I have not changed the situations around me but I have changed myself by accepting the things around me. I am ale to be in present state most of the time.

I am sitting confidently in the meetings and happy as well. Able to enjoy with my kid well. Thanks Amrita for your support during the journey for the past few months.

What keeps me coming back to Dr Sen is her practical approach to tackling my concerns. She doesn’t preach to be positive but rather makes the person come to the conclusion by himself/herself after a very practical application of her teachings and experience. She has in-depth knowledge of her field. Don’t doubt that. It took me a year of dragging my feet to see a therapist given the stigma in our society but I am glad that when I finally did take that step, Dr Sen is the one I came to. Thank you!

I would highly recommend Dr Amrita Sen because she is sincere* **** ********* ********** friendly and explains the reason behind every exercise.

I visited her because I went through depression earlier. So I wanted to prevent a depression recurrence. The CBT and relaxation techniques empowered me to deal with my problems on your own without any stress/anxiety.

I was especially happy because she did not take too many therapy sessions. She took a lot of effort for each session so that each session was very effective and I did not have to go there for too many days.

The care and courtesy we have received from Dr Amrita Sen is incredible. Dr Amrita was the most attentive professional we have ever dealt with. For the first time we felt live as she listened to us rather than fobbed off. She listened us carefully and asked questions to determine what the really issues were. We suffered lot of problems with our marriage life in last 10 years and Doctor helped us a lot in understanding those issues and helping it to overcome.

We will be forever grateful to the Doctor Amrita who helped us so much and enabled us to develop deep insight and reflection and in doing so empowered us to move forward from very challenging times in our life. Any follow up appointment or enquiry request has been dealt with so quickly and doctor made us very comfortable from Day one on wards. This is the first time we met any psychiatrist and it helped us a lot.
